For longer texts, it is not smooth and I had to force quit it several times. It is too slow to read texts. Gave an error message also saying to uninstall it as my phone requires the latest operating system to have this app installed. Went to version 3.2.3 which solves the slow reading problem, but sadly says that it will not be compatible with old android OS. Excellent! Love the voices I tried plenty of apps to read texts to me. This has the greatest range of voices. It will even read hanzi (Chinese characters) out loud. My personal favorite is Jing. I gave it a bad rating because I wish it had a recording history. It would have been nice to have the last two or three spoken sentences.
